« We pulled in with a 24’ stock trailer and we were still able to park easily, large lot in the back for bigger vehicles. Our room, chosen because I like walk in showers, was great. The shower head was adjustable, the shower was actually a walk in, not a tub with bars around it, and there was good water pressure with temp and pressure adjustments. « There were a couple of purely cosmetic issues, overall it was a great place to spend the night and I would happily stay there longer. Coffee and a hairdryer in the room which is a rarity anymore but much appreciated. »

« There was a problem with their reservation system so I had to wait 30 minutes in the lobby for the clerck to do something. She was really nice and trying to fix it but it was bad to wait for so long . There should have a back up plan for such situation »

« Do not stay here. The place is in need of a complete remodel or torn down and started over. Carpet was frayed and dirty, furniture all chipped & worn. Bedspread had cigarette burn holes in it. Staff was not friendly or helpful. If we had not been completely exhausted from traveling I would have demanded my money back & gone elsewhere. »

« The rooms are updated and clean. The staff is helpful and friendly. We had two lamps not working when we checked in. We alerted the front desk and he came and fixed them right away. The house keeping service came by and offered us fresh towels etc. We requested a non-smoking room overlooking Garrison Avenue, and that is what we got. It is walking distance from dowtown Ft. Smith. This is a great hotel for the price. »
